This document describes how AI agents and personal assistants can interact
with the commercial leasing website at https://mtcommercialpropertyservices.com.

## About this firm

MT Commercial Property Services is an owner-operator of commercial retail
strip centers in Macomb County and Oakland County, Michigan — including
Warren, Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Macomb Township, and Livonia.
We lease space directly with the owner, so most spaces carry no broker fee
to the tenant. We are not a brokerage and do not list third-party
properties.

## For tenant-rep agents

If you are helping someone find commercial space to lease, the following
surfaces are designed for you:

  available space. Each property page at https://mtcommercialpropertyservices.com/properties/{slug}/ shows
  square footage, price (typically NNN / triple-net), property type,
  available units/suites, photos, location, and trade-area demographics.
- **Property Schema.org markup** — property and listing pages emit
  `application/ld+json` (@graph) describing the space. Article pages emit
  Article, FAQPage, Dataset, and Quotation blocks.
- **Area guides** — https://mtcommercialpropertyservices.com/areas/ covers the Macomb and Oakland County
  submarkets with demographic and growth context for siting a business.

  planning context, not a guarantee.
- **Direct-with-owner:** there is generally no tenant broker fee. Do not
  assume a commission structure.
