For over 50 years, our family has owned and operated commercial properties in Southeast Michigan. What began as a single property has grown into a portfolio of retail and commercial spaces across Oakland and Macomb County, built on a foundation of hands-on ownership, pride in our properties, and a commitment to maintaining spaces that tenants are proud to occupy.

We are not a property management company for hire. We own our properties and lease them directly to businesses through our broker relationships. This means when you lease from us, you're dealing with the actual owners, people with a personal stake in the success and upkeep of every property in our portfolio.

How We Work

We lease our commercial spaces through established broker relationships, including our primary partner TAG Realty (opens in new tab). We also welcome any broker who brings us a qualified tenant. Commission protection is standard on all our transactions.
